Privacy Policy

GeoGlow: Learn Geometry ("GeoGlow," "we," or "the app") is an educational iOS app published by AppsOrder. This policy describes the app, this website, and optional support communication. The App Store privacy label refers specifically to data collected by the app.
Information the app does not collect
GeoGlow does not require an account and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, school records, or learning data. The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics SDKs, behavioral profiling, or cross-app tracking. AppsOrder does not sell personal information.
Information stored on the device
Grade selection, quiz progress, streaks, answer history, the trial anchor, and daily free-use counts are stored locally using Apple-provided storage. AppsOrder does not receive this data. It remains until the user deletes the app or clears its data through the operating system.
Trial and purchases
GeoGlow uses Apple StoreKit to retrieve product information, verify or restore the one-time full unlock, and read the verified original App Store acquisition date used for the 30-day access period. Apple processes payments and maintains transaction records under Apple’s privacy policy. AppsOrder does not receive payment-card or bank information.
Support communication
If a person emails support, we receive the email address and any information included voluntarily in the message. We use it only to answer the request, maintain service security, comply with law, and prevent abuse. Do not send sensitive personal or payment information. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
This website
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Like most hosted websites, its infrastructure may temporarily process basic request information—such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page, and timestamp—to deliver pages, maintain security, and diagnose technical problems. We do not use that information to profile learners or for advertising.
Children’s privacy
GeoGlow is designed for learners, including children. Children can use the core learning experience without creating an account or providing personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information through a support request may contact us to request its deletion.
Your choices
Local learning data can be removed by deleting GeoGlow from the device. To request access to or deletion of information contained in a support conversation, contact us from the same email address used for that conversation. App Store transaction requests are handled by Apple.
Security
Local learning data is protected by the security features of the user’s Apple device. We use reasonable safeguards for the limited support and website information described above, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy when GeoGlow, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be described on this page.
