Privacy Policy

GeoGlow: Learn Geometry ("GeoGlow," "we," or "the app") is an educational iOS app published by AppsOrder. This policy explains what information the app uses and how learner privacy is protected.
Information we do not collect
GeoGlow does not require an account and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or school records. The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics SDKs, behavioral profiling, or cross-app tracking.
Information stored on the device
Grade selection, quiz progress, streaks, answer history, trial timing, and daily free-use counts are stored locally on the device using Apple-provided storage. We do not receive this learning data. It remains until the user removes the app or clears the app’s data through the operating system.
Purchases
GeoGlow offers an optional one-time full unlock through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes payment information and maintains purchase records under Apple’s privacy policy. GeoGlow uses StoreKit to check the purchase entitlement and trial start date; AppsOrder does not receive credit-card or bank details.
Children’s privacy
GeoGlow is designed for learners, including children. Because the app does not create accounts, serve ads, track users, or collect personal information, children can use its core learning experience without providing personal data. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information to us through a support request, they may contact us so we can address it.
External services
The core learning experience works offline. Network access is used only for Apple App Store services needed to retrieve product information, verify purchases, and restore an unlock. The website and email support are separate from the app and are used only when a person chooses to visit or contact us.
Security and retention
Local learning data is protected by the security features of the user’s Apple device. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version. Material changes will be described on this page.
