Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern use of GeoGlow: Learn Geometry, an iOS educational app published by AppsOrder. By downloading or using GeoGlow, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Educational use
GeoGlow provides geometry practice and explanations for general educational purposes. It does not guarantee a particular grade, test result, or learning outcome and is not a substitute for instruction tailored by a qualified teacher.
License
AppsOrder grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GeoGlow on Apple devices associated with your App Store account, subject to Apple’s usage rules. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the app to create a competing content product except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Free access and full unlock
New installations receive 30 days of full access when the App Store transaction can be verified. After that period, a limited free practice mode remains available. A one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks the complete app. The displayed price is provided by Apple and may vary by country, currency, tax, or storefront.
Purchases and refunds
Apple processes all purchases. GeoGlow does not store payment-card information. Purchase restoration is available for eligible App Store accounts. Refund requests and billing questions are handled under Apple’s policies. The full unlock is not an auto-renewing subscription.
Availability and changes
We may correct content, improve features, change compatibility requirements, or discontinue parts of the app. We aim to keep the educational content accurate, but the app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse GeoGlow, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass purchase controls, or use the app in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GeoGlow is provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. AppsOrder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when GeoGlow or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
